Bheem Pul, Badrinath

Bheem Pul is a huge rock which acts as natural bridge and lay across the Saraswati River. The Saraswati River flows in between the two mountains and joins Alaknanda River. The bridge provides a passage towards Vasudhara Falls and Satopanth Lake which are at a trekking distance from Bheem Pul.

History:
It is believed that one of the five pandavas, Bheem threw a huge rock in order to make a path to join the two mountains so that his wife Draupadi could easily walk over it and this is from where the Bridge got its name from.
