Bhadraj was the name of brother of Lord Krishna, to whom this temple is dedicated. The temple is located at a height and the visitors have to trek from Cloud's End in Mussoorie. However there is a motorable road till Dhudhli, from where trek can be commenced, hence reducing the trekking distance.
The temple committee organizes a fair in the month of August for three days. Visitors come here in thousands to seek blessings, offering milk and butter to the idol. The trek to the temple is of moderate level. Trekkers can plan for camping stay at Dhudhli, which is on the midway of the trek.
Mussoorie to Dhudhli is motorable road, for which visitors can use the public transport like taxi. After reaching Dhudhli, there is three hour trek to the temple.
